General Terms and Conditions of Business
1. Scope of applicability
All orders placed through www.nebelung.de/en/ are subject to the following terms and conditions.
2. The contract partner; conclusion of the contract
The order submitted by you constitutes an offer to us, Bruno Nebelung GmbH, to conclude a purchase contract. A purchase contract only comes into force when we have carried out the shipment of the ordered item.
Your contract partner is Bruno Nebelung GmbH, Freckenhorster Str. 32, 48351 Everswinkel, represented by directors Nicolaus Volmary and Werner Großeschallau, registered with the District Court for Münster under HRB 12659, e-mail: kontakt@nebelung.de.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are payable in addition to the specified product prices. You can find more information on the amount of the shipping costs in the offer.
4. Payment by prepayment invoice
You can pay using the payment methods accepted by us, which are listed in the shop before you submit your order.
5. Collection by the customer
We only deliver by way of shipping. Unfortunately, customers cannot collect the goods themselves.
6. Retention of ownership
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
7. Damage in transit
If goods are delivered that have obviously been damaged during transit, please report such defects as soon as possible to the delivering agent and contact us without delay. If you fail to submit a complaint or contact us, this will have no consequence whatsoever on your statutory claims and the enforcement thereof, particularly on your warranty rights. However, by doing so you will help us to assert our claims with respect to the carrier and/or under the transport insurance policy.
8. Storage of the text of the contract
The text of the contract will not be stored by us.
9. The language of the contract
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English.
10. Complaints process
Online dispute resolution in accordance with Article 14(1) ODR Regulation: the European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage.
11. Delivery period
Delivery will be made within 10 business days. If individually ordered items cannot be delivered temporarily or if shipment jeopardises the quality of the goods due to weather conditions, the delivery period may be longer than 10 business days.
